Summit 600
Large Area, High-Accuracy Dimensional Metrology System
The VIEW Summit 600 is designed for components requiring a large work envelope and high accuracy. Based on the same core technologies of optics, high-speed linear motors, and high-resolution scales used in VIEW Pinnacle systems, Summit 600 features a fixed bridge design. Separate X and Y axis motion systems ensure that neither influences the mechanical integrity of the other, while also enabling easy loading and unloading of large parts.
VIEW Summit systems are ideally suited for measurement of large footprint parts, such as PCBs, stencils, flat panel displays, etching sheets and mark patterns, or nested groups of smaller parts. The systems provide very high accuracy and high speed for shop floor process monitoring and quality assurance applications.

特徴
サミットシステムは、はんだペーストステンシルやスクリーン、アートワーク、パネル化されたプリント回路基板、フレックス回路、マイクロエッチングされた部品など、高精度を必要とする大判部品の測定に最適です。
サミットモデルには、オプションのスルーザレンズまたはオフセットマウントレーザーを装備して、Z軸測定の柔軟性を高めることができます。サミットモデルは、サブミクロンのZ軸測定分解能を提供するオプションのSpectraProbe™を利用することもできます。
サミットモデルは、VIEWの標準計測ソフトウェアパッケージの1つ以上で動作します。
