Many manufacturing operations involve accurate alignment of multiple components. VIEW can enhance its measurement systems by combining high-precision measurement of the alignment of components with custom-designed assembly tooling. The alignment process consists of automated measurement and adjustment steps until all alignment parameters are met. 

After alignment, the components can be secured using UV-curing epoxy or cyanoacrylate. VIEW’s extensive experience in designing and manufacturing ultra high-precision non-contact measurement systems makes it ideally suited for creating alignment tooling to meet the most stringent alignment tolerances.
